Why Join

 

Hidden Valley is a special neighbourhood of full time residents and seasonal/weekend owners and guests. The Hidden Valley Property Owners Association would like to invite you to join us and become part of an active, friendly community of neighbours. Membership is only $60 per year and we are so much more than the beach! Being a member of the HVPOA includes the following benefits:

Beach Access

• Use of the full private beach. Use of the rest of the beach such as the chairs, picnic tables and BBQ, playground, volley ball court, requires HVPOA membership
• Rental option for boat docks and canoe racks

 

Social Activities - Get to know your neighbours

• Christmas Holiday Wine and Cheese
• Summer BBQ and Children’s Games
• Spring BBQ
• Informal Beach Potlucks
• Annual Meeting of the HVPOA (August Long Weekend)

Advocacy

• A voice and representation on issues that affect Hidden Valley such as lake quality, road conditions, Deerhurst and other resorts planned development, Town of Huntsville Official Plan

 

The Board of Directors consists of 9 volunteer community members and is committed to serving our community.  Please do not hesitate to contact any board member with questions or concerns and we will do our best to help you out.
